ePortID LLC, a software company located in Philadelphia specializing in advanced biometric identity verification systems, was recently approached by their client the Delaware River Stevedores (DRS) to outfit their new corporate office with one of ePortID LLC’s security management solutions.
NRI recently produced retail display graphics for LG&P, a retail fixture and point of purchase display agency in Paramus, NJ. The project was for Under Armour's UA HealthBox™, the world's first Connected Fitness system created specifically to measure, monitor, and manage the factors that determine how you feel.
NRI was recently approached by the group NYC Stands With Orlando to design and produce a banner for the 2016 NYC Pride March; in memory and honor of the 49 lives lost and 53 wounded at the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, FL.
A few months ago, Joe Buehler, AIA, LEED AP BD+C from TEAM A in Chicago reached out to NRI about producing branding graphics for the interior and exterior of a new charter school being built, which TEAM A had designed. TEAM A has previously worked with NRI on a number of projects. This latest one had a tight budget and a very demanding timeframe. NRI's team worked with the architect, graphic designer, general contractor and the interior installation team to ensure a successful outcome.
On February 25th, 2016, NRI hosted an AEC Technology Showcase at our New York City location. More than 100 clients and industry professionals attended to learn about the new technology developments that could support their business projects. The technology that guests were able to experience included 3D printing and scanning, CAD color with the HP Pagewide printer, our Workspace Hub, and large format color printing.
BLDD Architects recently approached NRI about having a 3D model created for their client, Bennett Day School. The purpose of the model is to communicate the amenities of the new additions to the historical building that stands at the school's future site. The project took about seven weeks from the initial discussion until delivery, with a 3D print time of 75 hours. The model is comprised of six pieces, trees and people, an acrylic base with a first surface mounted matte laminated full color print, and an acrylic case (provided by Acrylic Design Works in Chicago).
NRI was recently approached by Muller+Muller Architects about working with them and their design partners, NLÉ Architects in the Netherlands, to create an upscale 3D model for their competition proposal to the University of Chicago. The model will be showcased at the Arts Incubator on the University of Chicago campus, as well as in Indiana, for the next few weeks.
